Currently Android only. iOS restrictions prevent apps from reading call logs or showing overlays during active calls. The desktop dial feature works from any browser on any laptop or desktop.
When you click Call Now on a lead from your browser, Nivo sends a silent push notification to your Android phone (logged into the Nivo app). The app receives the push and immediately opens the native phone dialer with the number pre-dialled. Your phone rings as normal.
Yes. Nivo reads the call duration directly from your Android call log after the call ends — the same log your phone uses. It's accurate to the second and works for both outgoing and incoming calls.
